Vallemaio is a municipality in the province of Frosinone in the Italian region of Lazio with 908 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It is located 141 km southeast of Rome and 63 km southeast of Frosinone .

Vallemaio is located in the Monti Aurunci at the foot of Monte Maio (940 m). It is a member of the Comunità Montana L'Arco degli Aurunci .

The neighboring towns are Castelforte ( LT ), Castelnuovo Parano , Coreno Ausonio , San Giorgio a Liri , Sant'Andrea del Garigliano and Sant'Apollinare .
