The West Indies cricket team's tour to New Zealand in the 1999/2000 season took place from December 16, 1999 to January 11, 2000. The international cricket tour was part of the 1999/2000 international cricket season and included two tests and five ODIs . New Zealand won the Test Series 2-0 and the ODI Series 5-0.

prehistory

New Zealand previously played a tour in India , the West Indies previously participated in a tournament in the United Arab Emirates . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1995/96 season in the West Indies .
