The municipality in Sundgau is about three kilometers south of Mulhouse . There are direct road connections to Brunstatt and Steinbrunn-le-Bas .

history

Bruebach was mentioned for the first time in 823 under the name Bruchbach .

From 1871 until the end of the First World War , Bruebach belonged to the German Empire as part of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine and was assigned to the district of Mulhouse in the district of Upper Alsace .
