Ernolsheim-Bruche (German Ernolsheim , Alsatian Arelse ) is a French commune with 1,875 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) on the Bruche in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ).

history

Around 1127 the place was called "Ernouldsheim" or "Arnouldsheim". Around 1554 the Urendorf family owned a Renaissance style castle there .
