Still is a French commune with 1809 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ), close to Dinsheim-sur-Bruche and Gresswiller in a northern side valley of the Breuschtal .

Still is a clustered village that is mainly surrounded by farmland. All of the town's streams unite to form the Stillbach , which flows past the eastern side of the village. The Départementstrasse D 118 leads through the village. The distance to Molsheim , seat of the sub-prefecture to the east , is about seven kilometers.

Attractions

The Catholic Church of Saint-Mathias was built in the 19th century and contains a Gothic baptismal font from the 15th century, which is registered as a monument historique . It was renovated in 2008. The L'Institut des Aveugles, the institute for the blind founded in 1895, was an institution for the education of blind or visually impaired children and young people. Today adults are housed in this facility.
