Crastatt ( German  Krastatt ) is a French commune with 270 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ). It belongs to the Mossig et Vignoble municipal association.

Neighboring communities are Jetterswiller in the north, Zehnacker in the northeast, Hohengœft in the east, Wasselonne in the southeast, Romanswiller in the southwest and Singrist in the northwest.

history

Crastatt was a member of the Communauté de communes des Coteaux de la Mossig , founded in 1992 , which was merged into the Communauté de communes de la Mossig et du Vignoble in 2017 . On January 1, 2015, the municipality moved from the Arrondissement of Saverne to the Arrondissement of Molsheim .
