Wildersbach is a French commune with 291 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the canton of Mutzig in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ).

The village lies at the foot of the Northern Vosges .

history

Waldersbach was part of the rule of the Ban de la Roche and was bought by Count Georg Hans von Veldenz in 1584.

From 1795 to 1871 the municipality was part of the Vosges department .
