history

Knœrsheim was a member of the Communauté de communes des Coteaux de la Mossig , founded in 1992 , which was merged into the Communauté de communes de la Mossig et du Vignoble in 2017 . On January 1, 2015, the municipality moved from the Arrondissement of Saverne to the Arrondissement of Molsheim .
