Eyrein ( Airent in Occitan ) is a French commune of 500 people (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The community is a member of the community association Tulle Agglo . The inhabitants call themselves Eyreinais (es).

geography

The community is located in the Massif Central on the Montane River and is surrounded by extensive forests. The prefecture of the Tulle department is located around 20 kilometers southwest.
