Sexcles is a French municipality with 234 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The inhabitants call themselves Sexclois (es).

geography

The municipality is located in the Massif Central in the Xaintrie , not far from the reservoir of Hautefage (Barrage de Hautefage) and is surrounded by extensive forests. Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is located around 35 kilometers northwest and Argentat 8 kilometers northwest.

Neighboring municipalities of Sexcles are Hautefage in the north, Saint-Geniez-ô-Merle in the northeast, Saint-Bonnet-les-Tours-de-Merle and Goulles in the east, Saint-Julien-le-Pèlerin in the southeast, Camps-Saint-Mathurin- Léobazel in the south and Mercœur in the west.
