Fischhaus (colloquially: Fischhaus ) is a district of the independent city of Ansbach , Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Katterbach, a left tributary of the Eichenbach, which flows into the Franconian Rezat on the left . The place on the federal highway 14 has merged with Obereichenbach . The local mountain is in the south.

history

The place was first mentioned by name in the Vetterschen Oberamtsbeschreibung from 1732. The place was originally a margrave fish farm. The fish farming was probably already operated by the Gumbertus pen .

Towards the end of the 18th century, Fischhaus belonged to Obereichenbach . The property was owned by the Brandenburg-Ansbach Hofkastenamt Ansbach as the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, Fischhaus was given house number 1 in the town of Obereichenbach. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the judiciary and chamber office of Ansbach .

As part of the community edict, Fischhaus was assigned to the Katterbach tax district, which was formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Katterbach, founded in 1811 . With the second municipal edict (1818) the place was re- municipalityed to Hennenbach . This was incorporated into the city of Ansbach on July 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform .
