Gilles Berolatti (born May 4, 1944 in Paris ) is a former French foil fencer .

Gilles Berolatti reached the final against the Soviet Union at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City with the team , which was won 9: 6 by the French team. Together with Jacques Dimont , Jean-Claude Magnan , Christian Noël and Daniel Revenu , he became Olympic champion .
