Baldo Baldi (born February 19, 1888 in Livorno ; † December 21, 1961 there ) was an Italian fencer .
Career
Baldo Baldi took part in the 1920 Olympic Games in Antwerp in three disciplines. In the individual competition with the saber, he took twelfth place. In the team competition of saber fencing he remained with the Italian team without defeat and became Olympic champion together with Francesco Gargano , Aldo Nadi , Nedo Nadi , Oreste Puliti , Italo Santelli and Dino Urbani . Baldi was also part of the Italian squad in the team competition with the foil, with which he also remained undefeated. Together with Abelardo Olivier , Tommaso Costantino , Aldo Nadi, Nedo Nadi, Oreste Puliti, Pietro Speciale , Rodolfo Terlizzi , Baldi, who played in the preliminary round against Great Britain , won another gold medal.
