Giulio Sarrocchi (born May 24, 1887 in Rome , † July 18, 1971 there ) was an Italian saber fencer .
Career
Giulio Sarrocchi took part in two Olympic Games . In 1924 he remained in Paris in the team competition with the Italian team without defeat and became Olympic champion together with Renato Anselmi , Guido Balzarini , Marcello Bertinetti , Bino Bini , Oreste Moricca , Oreste Puliti and Vincenzo Cuccia . In the individual competition, he qualified for the final round, but did not take part in this. At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he moved with the team one more time in the final round, which Italy finished this time behind Hungary in second place. Together with Renato Anselmi, Bino Bini, Gustavo Marzi , Oreste Puliti and Emilio Salafia , he won the silver medal.
