Tibor Berczelly (born January 3, 1912 in Budapest , Hungary , † October 15, 1990 ibid) was a Hungarian saber fencer and three-time Olympic champion .

In 1936 he took part with the Hungarian saber team at the Olympic Games in Berlin and won the gold medal there. This success should be in 1948 in London and 1952 in the Games of Helsinki repeat two more times. In Helsinki he was able to win a medal in an individual competition with the saber as third place. He also took part in the team competition with the foil and won another bronze medal there.

At the 1st World Fencing Championships in Paris in 1937 he was world champion with the saber with the Hungarian team. In the individual competition he finished second. At the fencing world championships in Luxembourg in 1954 , he won the bronze medal with the saber.

Berczelly was a member of the Hungarian sports club Csepel SC .
