László Rajcsányi (born February 16, 1907 in Budapest ; † September 5, 1992 there ) was a Hungarian saber fencer and three-time Olympic champion .
career
At the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin , he won the gold medal in saber fencing with the Hungarian team. In the individual competition, he just missed a medal in fourth place. At the games in London in 1948 and in Helsinki in 1952 , he was able to repeat the success with the team twice.
In 1937 he was also able to win a bronze medal in the saber competition at the World Fencing Championships in Paris .
