Kojátky (German Kojatek ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located three kilometers northeast of Bučovice and belongs to the Okres Vyškov .
history
The area was already inhabited in the Bronze Age. The village was first mentioned in 1358 under the name Kojata (the Sardičky district in 1356) and at that time belonged to Lord Beneš from Kvasice. His widow then sold the village to Oto Stošov von Bránice, who bought other parishes in the area. In 1693 the village went to the knight Bernard Brabanský von Chobřan, who also acquired Šardičky in 1714. The village kept changing hands. In 1886 it became part of Bučovice and in 1992 it became a separate municipality again.
