Neteludich was first mentioned in the period between 1186 and 1265. The name of the village is derived from the personal name Letoň . The village was first mentioned in a document in 1235, when Margrave Přemysl donated the land around Neteludich to the Augustinian monastery in Doubravník . The parish and the court were also mentioned. In 1278 the village was called Letonycze , in 1547 as Letonicze and in 1846 as Lettonitz . In 1350 the Cistercian convent Porta Coeli acquired the property. In 1374 the Cistercian women sold the goods to the Vladiken Mikuláš Dítět of Ohrozim. In 1378, with the approval of Margrave Jobst, he left half of the village to the monastery of St. Michael in Brno . During this time, the new locations Kopaniny, Chalópky, Vápenice, U Myslivárni, Větřák, Vévoz and Na Bařině were built around the farm. At the end of the 15th century, fish ponds were created in the area around Letonice. In 1494 the Kropáč from Nevědomí to Bučovice from Vratislav from Pernstein compared to create two new ponds. After the fall of the Dominican monastery, its property fell to Jan Petrovský von Hrochov, who in 1512 left the property to Wilhelm II of Pernstein . His son Johann von Pernstein bequeathed Letonice to Jan von Zdenín in 1536. In 1567 Jan d. J. Dubčanský from Zdenín Letonice with all accessories to Jaroš from Zástřizl . In 1584 Johanka von Drnovice became the owner of the estate. She died ten years later and bequeathed her property to Václav Morkovský von Zástřizl, who left it to his wife Kunca von Skorotín. In 1595, Letonice was sold to Václav Morkovský von Zástřizl as part of the debt settlement of the Pernsteiner for 10,000 guilders. The Lords of Zástřizl held the property until the Battle of White Mountain . At that time, Letonice belonged to the village, the fortress on Větrník, two farmyards and the sheep farm as well as the church patronage. Between 1619 and 1630 the property belonged to Heinrich Matthias von Thurn . Letonice was burned down and deserted by the Swedes during the Thirty Years' War. In the middle of the 17th century, the Counts of Kaunitz acquired the village and attached it to the Austerlitz rule . At that time 542 people lived in the 98 houses in the village.

After the abolition of patrimonial Letonice formed a parish in the district administration Wischau from 1850 . In 1887, a treasure with 1000 silver coins was found at Hájek. Between 1949 and 1959 Letonice belonged to the Okres Slavkov and came back to the Okres Vyškov after its abolition .
