The New Zealand national cricket team's tour to Pakistan in the 1984/85 season took place from November 12 to December 15, 1984. The international cricket tour was part of the 1984/85 international cricket season and included three tests and four ODIs . Pakistan won the Test Series 2–0 and the ODI Series 3–1.

prehistory

Pakistan previously played a tour against India , New Zealand a tour in Sri Lanka . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1978/79 season in New Zealand .
