Saint-Pierre-du-Mont is surrounded by the neighboring communities Englesqueville-la-Percée in the east, Deux-Jumeaux in the south and south-east, La Cambe in the south-west and Cricqueville-en-Bessin in the west.

history

The coast east of Saint-Pierre-du-Mont belonged to the western coastline of Omaha Beach . After the Allies landed on June 6, 1944, battles took place here the next day.
