Servon-Melzicourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Condé-lès-Autry in the north, Binarville in the northeast, Vienne-le-Château in the east, Saint-Thomas-en-Argonne in the southeast, Vienne-la-Ville in the south, and Berzieux in the south South-west, Malmy in the south-west, Ville-sur-Tourbe in the west and south-west and Cernay-en-Dormois in the west and north-west.
