Moncetz-Longevas is located about six kilometers south-southeast of Châlons-en-Champagne on the Moivre River and the Canal latéral à la Marne , which run parallel to the Marne at a distance of about one kilometer . The Blaise stream also reaches the Marne valley here. Neighboring communities are Sarry in the north and north-west, Courtisols in the north-east, Chepy in the south and east and Sogny-aux-Moulins in the west and south-west.
