Soudron is located about 18 kilometers south-southwest of Châlons-en-Champagne in the valley of the Soude river . Neighboring municipalities are Germinon in the north and northwest, Cheniers in the north, Nuisement-sur-Coole and Breuvery-sur-Coole in the northeast, Vatry in the east, Bussy-Lettrée in the south and east, Vassimont-et-Chapelaine in the south and southwest, Lenharrée and Fère-Champenoise in the south-west, Clamanges in the west and south-west and Villeseneux in the west.
