Tilloy-et-Bellay is about 19 kilometers east-northeast of Châlons-en-Champagne . Neighboring municipalities are Saint-Remy-sur-Bussy in the north and north-west, La Croix-en-Champagne in the north-east, Auve in the east and Somme-Vesle in the south and west.

history

In 1835 the towns of Tilloy and Bellay were merged to form today's municipality.
