Écury-sur-Coole is a French commune with 501 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the arrondissement Châlons-en-Champagne and the canton Châlons-en-Champagne-3 (until 2015 Écury-sur-Coole ). The inhabitants are called Ecuriots .

Écury-sur-Coole is located about six kilometers south-southwest of Châlons-en-Champagne on the Coole , a tributary of the Marne . Neighboring communities are Coolus in the north and north-west, Sarry in the north-east, Sogny-aux-Moulins in the east, Mairy-sur-Marne in the east and south-east, Saint-Quentin-sur-Coole and Breuvery-sur-Coole in the south and south-east, Nuisement- sur-Coole in the southwest and Cheniers in the west.
