Thélis-la-Combe is a French municipality with 158 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Loire department in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes in Canton Le Pilat (2015: Canton Bourg-Argental ) and part of the municipal association Monts du Pilat . The municipality is part of the Pilat Regional Nature Park .

Thélis-la-Combe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Bessat in the north and north-west, Graix in the north, Colombier in the east and north-east, Bourg-Argental in the south, La Versanne in the west and Tarentaise in the north-west.
