Blesmes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gland in the north, Fossoy in the east and northeast, Saint-Eugène in the southeast, Colurboin in the south and southeast, Nesles-la-Montagne in the southwest, Chierry in the west and northwest and Brasles in the northwest.
