Neuilly-Saint-Front lies on the banks of the canalized River Ourcq . Neuilly-Saint-Front is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chouy in the north, Rozet-Saint-Albin in the north and northeast, Vichel-Nanteuil in the northeast, Latilly in the east and southeast, Sommelans in the southeast, Priez in the south, Monnes in the southwest, Macogny in the West and Marizy-Saint-Mard to the northwest.
The former route nationale 373 (today's D973) runs through the municipality .
