Hautevesnes is a French municipality with 167 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (former Region: Picardie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Château-Thierry and is part of the canton of Villers-Cotterêts .

geography

The municipality is bounded in the west by the Ru de Saint-Gengoulph brook and extends in the south to the Clignon , a left tributary of the Ourcq . There are several wind turbines in the east of the community. Neighboring municipalities are Priez , Courchamps and Licy-Clignon in the east, Bussiares and Veuilly-la-Poterie in the south and Saint-Gengoulph in the west.
