Rozet-Saint-Albin is a French municipality with 309 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (former Region: Picardie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Château-Thierry and is part of the canton of Villers-Cotterêts .
geography
The community is located around 25 kilometers north-northwest of Château-Thierry in the Ourcq valley on its orographically right bank. The districts of Le Mémento and Le Mesnil as well as Pringy in the west belong to the municipality. Neighboring municipalities are Billy-sur-Ourcq in the north, Oulchy-la-Ville in the east, Montgru-Saint-Hilaire , Vichel-Nanteuil and Neuilly-Saint-Front in the south and Chouy in the west. The railway line from La Ferté-Milon to Bazoches-sur-Vesles runs through the municipality, where it meets the line from Soissons to Reims .
