Vendières is located about 81 kilometers east-northeast of Paris on the Petit Morin , which borders the municipality in the south and south-east. Vendières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of L'Épine-aux-Bois in the north, Marchais-en-Brie in the east and northeast, Mécringes in the east and southeast, Dhuys et Morin-en-Brie with La Celle-sous-Montmirail in the south and southeast , Montdauphin in the south and south-west, Verdelot in the west and Viels-Maisons in the west and north-west.
