Verdelot is located about 75 kilometers east of Paris on the Petit Morin . Verdelot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nogent-l'Artaud in the north, Viels-Maisons in the east and northeast, Vendières and Montdauphin in the east, Montolivet in the southeast, Saint-Barthélemy in the south, Bellot in the southwest, Villeneuve-sur-Bellot in the west as well Hondevilliers in the northwest.
