Vaudoy-en-Brie is a French commune with a population of 902 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Provins and the canton of Fontenay-Trésigny (until 2015: canton of Rozay-en-Brie ). The inhabitants are called Vaudoyens .
geography
Vaudoy-en-Brie is about 40 kilometers east-southeast of Paris . Vaudoy-en-Brie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beautheil-Saints in the north, Amillis in the north-east, Jouy-le-Châtel in the east and south-east, Pécy in the south, Voinsles in the west and Le Plessis-Feu-Aussoux and Touquin in the north-west.
The national route 4 and the Visandre river pass through the municipality .
