Salins is a French commune with 1,102 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . The place is located seven kilometers northeast of Montereau-Fault-Yonne on the D403 road. Salins is part of the Pays de Montereau municipal association .
