Rouilly is a French commune in the Seine-et-Marne in the Ile-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Provins in the arrondissement of the same name . It is bordered by Saint-Hilliers to the north, Voulton to the east, Saint-Brice to the southeast, Provins to the south and Mortery to the west . The hamlets in Rouilly are called Bretonnière, Le Grand-Fleigny and Rouillot.
