Cannes-Écluse is a French commune with 2,466 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Provins and the canton of Montereau-Fault-Yonne . The inhabitants are called Cannois .

Cannes-Écluse is located on the Yonne River . Cannes-Écluse is surrounded by the neighboring communities Montereau-Fault-Yonne in the north and west, Marolles-sur-Seine in the east and northeast, La Brosse-Montceaux in the east and southeast, Esmans in the south and Varennes-sur-Seine in the west.
