Passy-sur-Seine is a French municipality with 47 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Provins and the Canton of Provins . The inhabitants call themselves Passytois .

history

Passy-sur-Seine, the smallest municipality in the Seine-et-Marne department, was first documented in the 11th century. Jean IV. De Veelu built a castle in the village in the 16th century, parts of which are still preserved. His descendants had until the 18th century, the basic rule in place.
