Soisy-Bouy is surrounded by the neighboring communities Chalautre-la-Petite in the north and northeast, Sourdun in the east and northeast, Hermé in the east and southeast, Gouaix in the south, Chalmaison in the southwest, Longueville in the west and Sainte-Colombe in the northwest.
