Villiers-Saint-Georges is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sancy-lès-Provins in the north, Montceaux-lès-Provins in the north and northeast, Saint-Bon in the northeast, Bouchy-le-Repos in the east, Louan-Villegruis-Fontaine in the southeast, Beauchery-Saint-Martin in the south, Voulton in the south-west and Augers-en-Brie in the west and north-west.
