Les Chapelles-Bourbon is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Neufmoutiers-en-Brie in the north, La Houssaye-en-Brie in the east and northeast, Marles-en-Brie in the southeast, Châtres in the south and Tournan-en-Brie in the west and southwest.
