Gland is located about 84 kilometers east-northeast of Paris on the Marne , which borders the municipality in the south. Gland is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Verdilly in the north and northwest, Mont-Saint-Père in the north and northeast, Fossoy in the east and southeast, Blesmes in the south and Brasles in the west.
