Chézy-sur-Marne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Azy-sur-Marne and Essômes-sur-Marne in the north, Nogentel in the northeast, Nesles-la-Montagne in the east, Essises in the southeast, La Chapelle-sur-Chézy in the south, Nogent -l'Artaud in the southwest and Romeny-sur-Marne in the west.
