Billy-sur-Ourcq is a French municipality with 213 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (former Region: Picardie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Soissons and is part of the canton of Villers-Cotterêts .

geography

The community, located around 20 km south of Soissons on the D83 departmental road, extends in the north to the Ru des Gorgeats stream and in the south to the Ru de Pudeval, which flows into the Ourcq from the north . Billy's homesteads are La Fontaine Alix, Grumilly, Géroménil and Édrolles. Neighboring municipalities are Saint-Rémy-Blanzy in the north, Oulchy-la-Ville in the east, Rozet-Saint-Albin in the south and Chouy in the west.
