The municipality on the upper reaches of the Automne river , which flows into the Oise , and on the edge of the domain forest Forêt de Retz and on the border with the Oise department is located around 4 km west of Villers-Cotterêts on the D231 departmental road; The Route nationale 2 runs in the south of the municipality .
