Billy-sur-Aisne is a banlieue in the agglomeration southeast of Soissons . Billy-sur-Aisne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Venizel in the north, Acy in the east, Rozières-sur-Crise in the south, Sept-Monts in the south and south-west, Belleu in the west and Soissons in the west.
