The community is located on the upper reaches of the Murton brook, which flows over the Muze into the Vesle , east of the D22 département road around 14 km southeast of Soissons . Neighboring municipalities are Lesges in the north, Jouaignes in the east, Arcy-Sainte-Restitue in the south and Maast-et-Violaine in the west.
