geography

The municipality on the Ruisseau de Launoy, which flows into the Aisne Crise as a source stream , is located around 14 kilometers (road distance) south-southeast of Soissons and 31 kilometers north of Château-Thierry . Neighboring municipalities are Chacrise in the north, Muret-et-Crouttes in the east, Launoy in the south and Hartennes-et-Taux in the west.

The Saint-Rémi church
  • The 22 m high cylindrical donjon as a remnant of the castle, which was largely demolished in 1886, and since 1995/1887 partly a monument historique (Base Mérimée PA00115653).
  • The church of Saint-Rémi from the 12th and 16th centuries, registered as a Monument historique in 1927 ( Base Mérimée PA00115654).
