Belleu is a banlieue in the agglomeration south-southeast of Soissons . Belleu is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Soissons in the north and north-west, Billy-sur-Aisne in the east, Septmonts in the south-east, Noyant-et-Aconin in the south and Courmelles in the west and south-west.

The National Route 2 runs through the municipality .
