The district of Werdau existed from May 17, 1990 to August 1, 1994 in the Free State of Saxony .
history
The district of Werdau was created on May 17, 1990 by a law from the district of Werdau . During the district reform on August 1, 1994 , it was transferred to the new Zwickauer Land district .

The district was between Thuringia and Zwickau on the Pleiße .
