Marolles is a French municipality with 680 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Senlis and the canton of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin (until 2015: canton of Betz ).

Marolles is located about 50 kilometers northeast of Paris on the Ourcq or the canalised course. Marolles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villers-Cotterêts in the north and north-west, La Ferté-Milon in the east and north-east, Chézy-en-Orxois in the south-east, Montigny-l'Allier in the south, Mareuil-sur-Ourcq in the south-west, Le Villeneuve- sous-Thury to the west and south-west and Autheuil-en-Valois to the west. In the Bois de Montigny forest there is a larger exclave of the municipality.
